About the role

This role involves developing and managing production schedules for the factory based on the Group's Master Production Schedule requirements, monitoring daily execution, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for the factory based on the Group's Master Production Schedule (MPS) requirements

• Monitor and report on the daily execution of production plans; assess the impact of any production lead or lag on MPS order fulfillment, and proactively coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to adjust material arrivals and finished-goods shipments

• Ensure production meets demand without disrupting order fulfillment; collaborate with Material Control (MC) to manage inter-site logistics, ensuring requirements are met on time and in full

• Optimize and control the inventory levels of work-in-progress (WIP) semi-finished goods, as well as the management of production scrap/residual materials

• Manage production orders (creation and closure) within the SAP system, perform MRP (Material Requirements Planning) calculations, and release planned orders

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Production Control, Production Planning, PPC, or Material Planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, lookup functions, and production reporting

• Able to analyze production data, identify material shortages and schedule deviations, and propose practical corrective actions

• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
