About the role

This role involves managing factory production material requirements, coordinating with procurement teams, and optimizing inventory and production processes through ERP system operations and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Determine factory production material requirements based on production schedules and material lead times; coordinate with the procurement team to place orders and track material delivery timelines

• Track material consumption data, monitor loss rates for both direct and indirect materials, and drive production process optimizations

• Monitor inventory levels (in terms of days of supply) for raw materials and consumables; provide early warnings and implement optimization measures

• Follow up on issues such as quality anomalies in incoming materials, material damage, and inventory discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions

• Perform ERP system operations, including calculating raw material requirements via MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and issuing purchase orders

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Material Control, Inventory Control, Warehouse Administration, or Material Planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using ERP/MRP or inventory management systems

• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
