Product Trainer Area Jakarta (Apothecary)

Job Description:

• Provide and conduct training (product knowledge and technical-soft skill) to existing and new sales personnel.

• Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team

• Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.

• Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical from top university (having Apothecary background is preferred)

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in product or sales management and/or having work experience as Product Trainer.

• Fluent in English, both oral and written is preferred

• Proficient in Ms. Office

• Placement Area: Jakarta Area
