Product Manager

About the role

BantuFazz Indonesia is looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of our P2P lending platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals

• Translate business, user, and OJK regulatory requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Operations, and Collection teams to deliver high-quality product features

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement

• Analyze product metrics, funnel performance, and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions

• Coordinate UAT, release planning, and post-launch performance evaluation

• Ensure product features comply with internal policies, ISO 27001 information security standards, and applicable regulations

• Prepare product documentation, progress reports, and presentations for management review

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis, preferably in fintech or financial services

• Solid understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodology, PRDs, and user stories

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SQL or BI/analytics tools is an advantage

• Knowledge of lending, P2P lending, and OJK regulations is a must

• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Mandarin skill is a plus
