Product Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Specialist/Product Manager in the medical device industry, particularly equipment and disposable products.

• Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Able to work under pressure with high motivation and commitment.

• Willing to learn new things, broad-minded, and responsible.

• Proven ability to develop and implement product development strategies.

• Capable of conducting market research and analyzing market trends.

• Willing to travel out of town as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product marketing performance and develop strategies to increase sales.

• Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of company products and competitors’ products.

• Responsible for training and development of the sales team and business partners.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional events and scientific activities.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
