Product Engineering Division Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and improvement of electronic products for industrial automation applications. You will lead electronic circuit and product design activities, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage the product development lifecycle from initial concept to continuous improvement, while guiding the engineering team to achieve product quality and performance targets.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design

• Good understanding of EMC/EMI and design techniques to meet industry standards

• Knowledge of enclosure design and material selection for industrial environments

• Understanding of operation principles, circuit/coil design, sensing distance determination

• Understanding of input circuit design, microcontroller, embedded systems programming, and display interfaces

• Understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept development to continuous improvement of existing products

• Familiarity with relevant industrial automation standards and quality management methodologies

• Minimum S1 in Electrical Engineering, preferably specializing in low-current electrical engineering

• Proficient in English

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in a similar position, including leadership experience
