Product Development (Furniture Rattan)

About the role

This role involves product development activities for furniture, including creating technical drawings, producing samples, and conducting product testing to produce mockup samples that meet buyer criteria and support a smooth production process. The position is based in Cirebon.

Requirements :

• Minimum D4/S1 degree in Interior Design or Product Design

• 1–2 years of experience in a related field

• Understanding of furniture working drawings (preferably rattan furniture)

• Knowledge of construction, requirements, and material selection in accordance with product specifications

• Knowledge of product testing and packaging standards

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Layout, and Microsoft Offic

• Ability to create a Bill of Materials

• Understanding of furniture performance testing

Key responsibilities

• Product Testing (Transit Test & Performance Test)

• Compiling sample and production requirements

• Creating Drawings

• Container simulation

• Costing

• Creating 1:1 Drawings / Jig Molds

• Creating marking boxes and filler packaging

• Following up on sample progress

• Reporting sample status

• Product Photography

• Creating assembly instructions

• Creating packaging sequences

• Preparing hangtags, labels, and marking boxes for shipping

• Have a experience field PPM Form

• Have a experience field Inspection Form

• Creating Spec Sheets
