Product Control/QC Supervisor or Specialist – Footwear

About the role

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure footwear quality meets company standards. Identify and analyze product defects and quality issues, coordinate with Production and related departments to resolve quality problems, prepare quality inspection reports and recommend improvements, and ensure QC procedures and inspection standards are consistently implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure footwear quality meets company standards

• Identify and analyze product defects and quality issues

• Coordinate with Production and related departments to resolve quality problems

• Prepare quality inspection reports and recommend improvements

• Ensure QC procedures and inspection standards are consistently implemented

About you

• Minimum D3/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Footwear or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Control/QC with supervisory experience

• Footwear industry experience is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of QC processes and inspection standards

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong leadership skills

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
