Procurement Staff

About the role

This is a procurement role within Dimason Limited, a leading multinational sourcing and quality company specializing in the export of furniture and home decoration products. You will handle day-to-day purchasing activities and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities and prepare purchase orders based on requests
• Maintain communication with suppliers and customers
• Follow up on customers' orders and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure that shipping documents are in order and compliant with standards for smooth delivery to customers' destinations
• Ensure the inspection result is up to standard
• Solve product-related issues and handle customer complaints promptly
• Maintain and update procurement records and database

• Proficient level of written and verbal communication in English
• Good computer literacy skills
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Ability to handle work pressure effectively
• Detail-oriented and accurate in reporting and data entry
• Vendor Management experience
• Procurement experience
