Procurement Officer

About the role

This is a Procurement role focused on managing end-to-end procurement processes for materials and services in road and bridge infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct vendor sourcing, selection, and evaluation according to company standards

• Manage procurement processes from sourcing, RFQ/tender, pitching, PO/contract, delivery, to invoicing

• Negotiate price, payment terms, lead time, and commercial terms

• Coordinate with Project, User, Finance, Logistics, and vendors

• Monitor procurement progress and material/service delivery

• Conduct work progress and quantity verification (opname) for subcontractors/foremen

• Ensure procurement meets budget, specifications, quality, and project timelines

• Maintain procurement documentation and prepare regular procurement reports

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in road and bridge infrastructure projects

• Understand end-to-end procurement processes for materials and services

• Familiar with ERP, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office

• Good knowledge of construction materials and vendor selection

• Strong negotiation, communication, price analysis, and problem-solving skills

• Able to conduct technical and commercial clarification and subcontractor/foreman work verification

• Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to integrity and teamwork

• Willing to work overtime when required
