Tanggung jawab

• Monitor daily system operations and proactively raise any issues that arise.
• Support issue handling, troubleshooting, and coordination with Tech or Ops.
• Conduct field visits and deliver user training (including out-of-town training).
• Assist in implementing new features, processes, or workflows.
• Prepare and update SOPs and supporting documentation.
• Perform data checks and light RCA for recurring issues.

Persyaratan

• Min Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s in IT, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or warehouse operations.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong operational understanding and willingness to learn systems quickly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to conduct training.
• Able to work onsite and adapt to dynamic warehouse environments.
