We are seeking an energetic and creative teachers for our small, friendly, fun primary school in Munggu, Bali www.jogloclubhousebali.com.

Basic Requirements:

• Must have experience with a range of subjects, including (but not necessarily all of these) PE, Arts, English, Math, Social Studies, Science, Bahasa Indonesia, Life Skills.

• Can assist with a range of age groups, from 4 to 11.

• Must be very fun-loving, energetic, active, and full of dynamic educational ideas.

• Fluent in English.

• Well-organised, helpful, honest and patient.

• Strong communication and disciplined classroom management skills.

• Creative and inspiring lesson planning and delivery.

Preference given to candidates who;

• Are artistically creative.

• Bring innovative initiative to the program, and can work independently.

• Have plenty of experience with non-Indonesian English-speaking students.

• Demonstrate initiative and understanding for the school program (check the website).

• Are digtally literate.

• The candidate should be competent with a range of teaching activities and subject areas, with emphasis on fun and positive energy, so confidence is important. 

• There are also regular excursions so a love for seeing the sites of Bali and having fun with the kids is required. There are physical activities/games and the candidate should be ready to participate. 

• Teachers must be able to strike a good balance between being a comforting presence and a healthy source of discipline for students. 

• The school is a fun, easy-going environment where teachers have minimal administrative requirements. 

• Teaching staff are on-site minimum 8.30am - 2.30pm, Monday - Friday (not including National Holidays and term breaks), always available for student supervision and assistance. 

• We follow a standard schooling calendar, with four terms per year and breaks in between. 

• Students are primarily English speaking - English is the language used throughout the school.

• The program is student-centered and teacher-enabled, with some aspects built around the Cambridge International curriculum.

• Teachers must also be proficient with digital tech and using relevant teaching tools inside and outside the classroom, while a record (digital) must be kept of all activities along with student information and regular feedback for management and families.
