Fine Art Teacher Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Fine Art Teacher Assistant to support the Lead Teacher in conducting art classes, preparing materials, assisting students during activities, and ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.

Main Responsibility:

- Assist the Lead Teacher in conducting fine art classes and guiding students during activities

- Prepare and organize art materials, classroom setup, and student artworks

- Design engaging and interactive art lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities

- Support a positive, safe, and well-managed learning environment during classes

Key Responsibilities:

- Support students in developing creativity and artistic skills during class activities

- Assist in maintaining classroom organization, cleanliness, and proper use of art tools

- Help document class activities and student progress for internal or promotional purposes

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure curriculum alignment

- Develop assessment tools to evaluate student progress and curriculum effectiveness

- Implement and refine the curriculum based on feedback and assessment results

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching fine art to children (toddlers or preschoolers)

- Knowledge of child development and art education principles

- Ability to create engaging and interactive art lessons

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Art Education, or related field

- Passionate about working with toddlers in a creative learning environment

- Knowledge of various art materials and techniques suitable for toddlers
