Pre-Press Artwork Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, adjust, and finalize artwork files according to customer requirements and printing specifications.

• Review artwork layouts, dimensions, colors, typography, and other design elements to ensure technical accuracy.

• Prepare print-ready files and ensure they meet the technical requirements of the printing process.

• Perform color separation, trapping, imposition, and other pre-press adjustments as required.

• Check artwork files for potential printing issues before releasing them to production.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Production teams to ensure artwork accuracy and production readiness.

• Process artwork revisions based on customer feedback, approved designs, and production requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of artwork files, revisions, and final approved designs.

• Ensure all artwork complies with established quality standards and production procedures.

• Support troubleshooting related to artwork and pre-press technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field. Vocational High School graduates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in pre-press, graphic design, or printing production is preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Familiar with print-ready file preparation, color separation, trapping, imposition, and color management.

• Understanding of printing processes and technical requirements for flexible packaging is highly preferred.

• Able to interpret artwork specifications and identify potential technical issues before production.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Willing to work on-site in Bantargebang, Bekasi West Java.
