PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PPIC professional with strong planning and coordination skills. This position is responsible for ensuring that production activities are carried out according to schedule while maintaining the optimal availability of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales demand, production capacity, and material availability.

• Monitor production progress and ensure production targets are achieved according to schedule.

• Control the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

• Calculate material requirements based on the production plan and Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Establish and monitor minimum stock, maximum stock, and safety stock levels.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, Quality Control, and Logistics departments.

• Identify potential production delays or material shortages and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor slow-moving, aging, and near-expiry materials.

• Analyze production plans against actual production results and material usage.

• Prepare periodic production and inventory reports for management.

• Continuously improve production planning and inventory control processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in PPIC within a manufacturing company, preferably in the food or beverage industry.

• Good understanding of production planning, inventory control, material requirement planning, and warehouse processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup formulas, and data processing.

• Experience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, well-organized, and able to work with targets and deadlines.

• Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.

• Willing to be placed in Plaga, Badung, Bali.

• Comfortable working in the alcoholic beverage industry.
