Job Responsibilities

Swimming Pool Maintenance

• Clean and maintain swimming pools and surrounding areas on a regular basis.

• Monitor pool water quality and check chemical levels according to established safety procedures.

• Ensure poolside areas are clean, safe, and free from debris.

• Inspect pool equipment and report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

• Store and handle pool cleaning tools and chemicals safely.

Garden Maintenance

• Water plants, trees, and grass according to the required schedule.

• Trim shrubs, prune plants, mow lawns, and remove weeds as necessary.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of gardens, lawns, pathways, and outdoor areas.

• Monitor plant health and report any pest issues, damage, or other concerns.

• Ensure gardening tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

General Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of pool and garden areas to ensure they remain clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

• Report maintenance issues and provide updates to the supervisor when required.

• Assist with other outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in pool maintenance, gardening, landscaping, or a similar role is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of pool maintenance, water treatment, and gardening techniques is an advantage.

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.

• Willing to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
