Photographer Inhouse [Jakarta]

• Produce high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns and creative promotional initiatives.
• Capture photo and video materials at Mamikos partner properties to support and optimize property listings.
• Develop moodboards and visual concepts based on campaign storylines to guide photo and video production.
• Operate photography, videography, and audio equipment, execute shoots based on storyboards, and contribute creative ideas to strengthen campaign storytelling.
• Edit and enhance photo and video content in accordance with established brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, review creative outputs, provide feedback and revision directions, and prepare production reports according to established standards.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Photography, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in photography, videography, content production, or a related creative field.
• Must own an APSC camera with a minimum 11mm lens, or a full-frame camera with a 16–35mm lens or equivalent wide-angle capability, suitable for property photography and videography.
• Strong knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, camera settings, and property/architectural photography.
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools, with a good understanding of visual storytelling and content production.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with strong visual judgment and the ability to produce content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Able to work independently in the field, manage production schedules, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and property partners.
• Willing and able to travel to various property locations for on-site photo and video shoots.
