• Conducting property survey processes in accordance with existing SOPs, including checking the completeness of facilities and buildings, inspecting each room and public facility, as well as performing a final inspection of the property. In addition, taking property photos for listing purposes, scheduling survey visits, and inputting survey results into the platform as per the SOP
• Coordinating with the owner and internal teams in preparing for property transformation, conducting on-site supervision on property transformation work, ensuring that all facilities and building conditions are ready to be occupied and live on the platform.
• Make a list of the procurement of items for kos singgahsini and apik and providing items according to the specified timeline.
• Checking the properties that have completed the cooperation contract for the offboarding process and carrying out the asset property retrieval
• Handling complaints from owner and tenant on managed properties, resolving complaints effectively and efficiently, making the level of satisfaction with complaints good.
• Regularly updating the status data on room readiness and availability, recording tenant information, and, if necessary, conducting routine inspections of property facilities to ensure they are always available and functioning properly (such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and laundry). This also includes ensuring room cleanliness is maintained and checking and recording any non-functioning facilities
• Provide service standardization training to operator and reviewing operator performance.
• Reviewing the condition of the property and property facilities and propose an action to improve the quality of the property and submit operational needs for properties that have special cooperation
• Providing reporting according to standards.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related Engineering

• Have minimum at least 1- 3 year in related field

• Skills competency: Housekeeping Skill, Hospitality Skill, Vendor Management, and Complaint Management
