Photo & Video Editor (Ops Training)

Job Description:

• Primarily responsible for conducting centralized, in-person training sessions, providing on-site coaching and guidance for key projects, addressing training needs for special scenarios across regional areas, and identifying training challenges faced by frontline teams.

• Assist in developing scripts and storyboards for short training videos and conduct on-site video shoots to capture practical scenarios and materials required for training modules.

• Support the development of training content and multimedia materials, including videos, posters, banners, and other visual learning materials.

• Develop creative content plans and ideas based on the target audience and the company's training objectives and requirements.

• Stay updated with visual content trends and apply creative approaches to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of training materials.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or English is preferred.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong multimedia skills, including the ability to create posters, banners, videos, training materials, and other visual content.

• Experience in training, facilitation, or public speaking, with confidence in delivering educational or training materials to large audiences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Creative, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong visual sense and the ability to keep up with current visual content trends.

• Willing to travel or be assigned to regional areas as required for training and key project support.
