Pharmacy Supervisor (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Placement: Mayapada Tower 1, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacy operations across Filmore Medical Clinics and Apotek Filmore Pharma to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality pharmaceutical services.

• Ensure adequate pharmacist staffing by supporting recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce planning across all pharmacy operations.

• Monitor inventory management, stock accuracy, medication availability, and procurement while minimizing wastage and preventing stock shortages.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve pharmacy SOPs and operational workflows in compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company standards.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and quality assurance across all pharmacy operations, including clinics, Instalasi Farmasi, and Apotek.

• Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team through regular training, performance monitoring, and continuous professional development initiatives.

• Coordinate product knowledge sessions and ensure pharmacy staff are updated on new products, services, pharmaceutical protocols, and SOPs.

• Support the growth of Apotek Filmore Pharma by identifying new product opportunities, expanding the product portfolio, and collaborating with relevant teams to drive business performance.

• Collaborate with medical, operations, and commercial teams to optimize pharmacy services, improve patient experience, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Monitor pharmacy performance, analyze operational data, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives across all pharmacy business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker) .

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Pharmacist, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or healthcare setting.

• Understanding of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations.

• Proven experience in pharmacy operations, inventory management, procurement, and medication supply chain.

• Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality improvement initiatives.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to develop and motivate pharmacy teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with pharmacy management systems.

• Willing to travel between Filmore Medical Clinics and Apotek locations as required.
