Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and monitor the patient's condition before, during, and after anesthesia procedures

• Set up and manage anesthesia equipment, ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the tools

• Provide appropriate and safe anesthesia nursing interventions according to the patient's condition

• Observe and record patient responses to anesthetic agents and the treatments provided

• Coordinate with other medical team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Comply with hospital guidelines, procedures, and protocols regarding anesthesia nursing practices

Required Qualifications

• Possess a valid Nurse Practice License (SIPP) and Registration Certificate (STR)

• Possess a Nurse Anesthetist (PPAN) certification or a recognized anesthesia-related certification

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Anesthetist in a hospital or clinic

• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team

• Willing to work shifts, including holidays and weekends

• Fluent in English

• Willing to do OJT at clinic in Jabodetabek
