Patient Relations (Medical Doctor)

• The main function of this role is to handle patient and customer feedback, with a focus on health-related matters and service quality improvement. 

• Providing accurate information, offering relevant services, and ensuring that concerns are resolved efficiently to improve patient or customer satisfaction. 

• Coordinating with healthcare professionals and departments to ensure that any health-related concerns are appropriately addressed. 

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Medical Doctor Profession Program (M.D. or equivalent)

• Fresh graduate with a strong interest in hospital management or a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle complaints effectively

• Proficient in both oral and written English

• Skilled in computer usage
