Lead the development of innovative and functional packaging for skincare, cosmetic, and beauty products.
Manage the end-to-end packaging development process, from concept, material selection, and design to testing and mass production.
Identify and evaluate packaging materials, structures, and technologies to ensure product quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate with R&D, NPD, Marketing, Procurement, QA/QC, and suppliers to ensure packaging meets product requirements and launch timelines.
Manage packaging suppliers, including supplier selection, cost negotiation, quality evaluation, and delivery timelines.
Ensure packaging meets quality standards, product compatibility, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Drive packaging cost optimization, innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Lead and develop the Packaging Development team to achieve project milestones and business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Packaging Development, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or beauty industry.
Proven experience managing end-to-end packaging development projects, from concept to mass production.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, structures, manufacturing processes, and packaging testing.
Experience handling primary and secondary packaging, such as bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, airless packaging, cartons, and labels.
Proven ability to manage suppliers, negotiate costs, and ensure packaging quality and timely delivery.
Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Detail-oriented, innovative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
