Overseas Customer Support (Fresh Graduates Are Welcome!)

Are you a fresh graduate who is passionate about Logistics, International Business, Customer Engagement, and Business Development?

We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and target-driven Overseas Customer Support to join our growing Freight Forwarding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new overseas customers and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and overseas agents.

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.

• Communicate professionally with overseas customers regarding freight forwarding services.

• Support the preparation of quotations, customer proposals, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Assist in generating leads and expanding the company's overseas customer portfolio.

• Contribute to achieving business development and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Transportation Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially graduates from reputable/top-tier universities.

• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about finding new customers and developing business opportunities.

• Proactive, confident, result-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced Freight Forwarding environment.
