Outlet Supervisor - Operations and Community Development

About the role

Mahjong Legend is seeking a proactive, trustworthy supervisor with strong leadership capabilities and enthusiasm for building community and delivering an enjoyable mahjong experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations, including staff, booking, cashier, facility maintenance, pantry, inventory, and customer service

• Build relationships with mahjong communities and bring new groups to the venue

• Plan and execute community gatherings, beginner sessions, friendly matches, and customer engagement activities

• Develop and propose promotional programs, F&B bundles, and initiatives to increase customer retention

• Monitor occupancy, daily revenue, F&B sales, operational expenses, and customer feedback

• Submit regular reports and improvement proposals directly to the owners

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outlet supervision, hospitality, F&B, recreation, entertainment, or community management.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on.

• Able to build relationships and independently organize events or community activities.

• Comfortable using POS systems, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp for operational coordination.

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends.

• Experience playing mahjong or having an existing mahjong network is a strong advantage.
