About the role

Head of Plasma & Community Development is a strategic position responsible for building, developing, and maintaining partnership relationships between companies and communities, farmers, cooperatives, village governments, and other stakeholders in HTI (Industrial Plantation Forest), NEO (Energy Forest and Biodiesel), and Oil Palm Plantation Businesses. This position not only runs CSR programs, but must also make a direct contribution to investment security, land availability, productivity, raw material supply, cost efficiency, and business sustainability of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Land Security : Ensure that operational land can be used legally, safely, and without conflicts that hinder the company's activities

• Partnership Development : Build productive partnerships with the community through plasma, MUK, cooperatives, and business development programs

• Community Empowerment : Increase people's income and welfare through measurable economic activities

• Social Risk Management : Prevent and resolve social conflicts and maintain operational sustainability

• Business Contribution : Generate business benefits in the form of land availability, increased feedstock, cost efficiency, and increased company revenue
