About the role

Finance & Business Support positions supporting daily credit management activities, order processing, and product portfolio management within one of the largest FMCG cosmetic companies in South Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily credit management activities and customer credit monitoring

• Assist in reviewing customer credit limits, outstanding balances, and payment status

• Prepare and maintain credit-related reports and data

• Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth credit management processes

• Support end-to-end order processing activities

• Input, monitor, and maintain order data accurately

• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Follow up on order status and assist in resolving order-related issues

• Support product portfolio and catalogue management

• Maintain and update product information and related data

About you

• Maximum 10 years of professional experience; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• Open to candidates with internship experience

• Good communication skills and confident in visual presentation

• Able to understand expectations and work effectively with the team/leader

• Ability to operate Excel

• Knowledge of Power Query is a plus

• Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and willing to learn

• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English is preferred
