Oracle Fusion Functional Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead full-lifecycle implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis with clients, aligning business processes with standard Oracle Fusion functionality and identifying required configurations, extensions, or integrations.

• Configure and manage core modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management (OM).

• Ensure all financial and supply chain setups comply with Indonesian statutory requirements, including e-Faktur (VAT/PPN), withholding taxes (PPh 21, 23, 4(2)), and localized financial reporting.

• Oversee data mapping, legacy data migration (using open interfaces/loaders), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Act as the trusted functional advisor to client finance and supply chain directors; deliver comprehensive End-User Training (EUT) and post-go-live support.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on functional implementation experience specifically in Oracle Fusion

• Deep functional knowledge across Oracle Financials modules

• Proven hands-on experience handling Indonesian statutory tax and financial compliance (e-Faktur, PPh)

• Familiarity with Oracle database structures, PL/SQL, TOAD/SQL Developer, and designing functional specifications (FDD) for custom reports/interfaces

• Professional fluency in Indonesia and English (mandatory for executive stakeholder management and client-facing workshops).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or a related field. Experience working in an IT consulting firm or system integrator environment in Indonesia is a strong plus.
