Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main person in charge (PIC) of Dash Electric's store operations in Bali.

• Coordinate electric motorcycle handovers and returns with customers.

• Support driver fulfillment operations and coordinate with clients in Bali to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the area.

• Maintain accurate operational records and update data using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support business activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in operations, administration, logistics, or a similar role.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.

• Good command of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Responsive and comfortable being reachable by phone when operational needs arise.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and take ownership of daily operational responsibilities.
