GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar position.

• Experience in premium, upscale, lifestyle, luxury, or high-end F&B is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

• Excellent guest service and attention to detail.

• Professional, confident, well-groomed, and presentable.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Able to work in a fast-paced opening environment.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written, preferred.

• Passionate about F&B, hospitality, social dining, and creating memorable guest experiences.
