Operation Manager (Marine-OSV)

Overseeing and controlling the daily operations of the OSV fleet.

Coordinating vessel schedules, charter assignments, mobilization, demobilization, and port/agency clearances.

Maintaining communication and positive relationships with charterers, client representatives, port authorities, and other stakeholders.

Serve as the primary focal point for charterers regarding daily vessel movements and operations.

Ensure full compliance with the terms, conditions, and key performance indicators (KPIs) of Charter Party agreements.

Resolve operational issues, downtime claims, or disputes raised by clients promptly and professionally.

Ensuring strict compliance with international maritime regulations (ISM Code, ISPS Code, MARPOL, SOLAS) and national maritime laws.

Coordinating with the Technical/Engineering team to ensure smooth execution of preventive maintenance schedules to maintain optimal vessel condition.
