Operation Business Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management – Ensuring Achievement of Business Targets

• Performance Accountability: Directly responsible for key business indicators of the assigned region/partner team.

• Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement the annual business plan, budget, and performance targets for the overseas subsidiary.

• Analysis & Improvement: Monitor and analyze business operations, produce operational analysis reports, and organize improvement activities to address issues. This includes organizing regular business meetings, conducting performance evaluations, identifying operational risks, and proposing optimization plans.

2. Full-Process Sales Management & Business Analysis

• Lead Management: Responsible for opportunity management in the assigned region, providing end-to-end supervision of the sales process.

• Data Analysis: Regularly conduct analysis, reporting, guidance, and assessment of opportunities and customer management to drive business progress.

• Order Fulfilment: Follow up on the entire process from the "T+3 production and sales plan" to order delivery, and coordinate resources to support front-line sales teams in advancing order conversion.

3. Cross-Departmental Resource Integration & Market Coordination

• Resource Alignment: Provide local support to regional business, including logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, financing, taxation, legal affairs, service parts.

• Policy Communication: Execute and implement the strategies and tactics of headquarters and product lines, promoting the deployment and execution of the company’s regional management requirements (e.g., "triangle management") at the subsidiary level.

4. Business Compliance & Localization Platform Development

• Compliant Operations: Fully responsible for the daily operational management of the subsidiary, ensuring legal and compliant employment, establishing and implementing the subsidiary’s policies and regulatory system, and avoiding operational risks.

• Platform Development: Assist in building and improving Zoomlion’s overseas platform functions (e.g., marketing, after-sales service, parts supply) and drive the execution of the company’s “localization” strategy in the local market.

• Decision Support: Collect and analyze market, competitor, and industry information to support decision-making at headquarters and the subsidiary.

5. Channel Management & Business Support

• Channel Control: Responsible for the access, exit, and BP management of agents/channels, and conduct performance evaluations.

• Tiered Management: Establish a tiered customer management system, and monitor and evaluate implementation outcomes.

• Data Empowerment: Responsible for defining overseas business-related metrics and performing statistical analysis of sales operations to provide data support for business decisions.

Requirements:

Based on multiple real recruitment postings, a typical competency profile for an Overseas Subsidiary Business Operations Manager is as follows:

• Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Construction Machinery, International Trade, Marketing, Statistical Analysis, or related fields preferred.

• Experience: 4–8 years of overseas sales or operations experience , familiarity with end-to-end management from lead generation to delivery.

• Language: Mandarin Speaker

• Core Skills: Strong data analysis skills (Excel and PivotTables as a foundation)

• Soft Qualities: Strong sense of service, responsibility, and proactive ownership; ability to solve problems independently under high pressure and in complex environments.
