Operation Assistant Manager (Omotesando Bintaro)

Job Description:

•⁠ ⁠Responsible for all mall operations.

•⁠ ⁠Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment according to the scheduled period.

•⁠ ⁠Supervise security, parking, housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare daily and monthly reports on all operational activities.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain good relationships with third parties.

Requirement:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in Mall/Property industry).

•⁠ ⁠Able to work in a team, honest, and responsible.

•⁠ ⁠Possess good communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

•⁠ ⁠Willing to work in City of Tomorrow.
