JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managed daily bank statement updates for all company bank accounts, ensuring accurate monitoring of cash inflows and outflows.

• Posted and recorded banking, advance, and settlement transactions within the accounting system.

• Verified the completeness and accuracy of payment, advance, and settlement supporting documents.

• Executed vendor payments to support operational activities in a timely manner.

• Prepared bank vouchers, payment schedules, and daily cash movement reports.

• Monitored outstanding advances by PIC and vessel/voyage, ensuring compliance with settlement deadlines.

• Generated advance ageing reports and provided analysis on overdue settlements.

• Conducted bank reconciliations between bank statements and accounting records.

• Coordinated with banking partners regarding documentation requirements and authorized bank specimen updates.

• Manage and maintain treasury documentation and filing with company filing standards.

• Ensured all treasury activities were performed in compliance with company SOPs and Working Instructions.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Financial Management

• Experience of 1–2 years in Treasury or Finance Operations (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and cash/bank transaction journal processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Ms. Excel (including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIFS)

• Familiarity with corporate internet banking platforms and cash management systems.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.

• High level of accuracy, detail-oriented, integrity, and capable of maintaining data confidentiality.

• Experienced in handling high-volume transaction.
