Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is a plus; high school graduates are welcome to apply.
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a mall, hotel, or commercial property.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Experience handling vendors and pest control is a plus.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and national holidays.
Good leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.

Job Description:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team activities across the entire mall area.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.
Manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and daily housekeeping operations.
Coordinate and monitor housekeeping and pest control vendors to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory, and ensure proper maintenance and availability.
Handle housekeeping issues and coordinate with related departments, tenants, and vendors for necessary follow-up.
