Housekeeping Staff

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.

• Min. 3 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in malls, retail properties, high-rise buildings, or similar commercial properties.

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, sanitation, hygiene, and pest control.

• Experienced in supervising and maintaining indoor and outdoor plants, including basic landscape arrangement and design.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 for daily administrative, reporting, and operational activities.

• Willing to be placed at K Mall (Central Jakarta).
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of indoor and outdoor mall areas, including public areas, corridors, toilets, and other facilities, in accordance with established housekeeping standards.

• Monitor and coordinate with housekeeping vendors to ensure daily cleaning activities, manpower allocation, work schedules, cleaning standards, service quality, and compliance with established SOPs and agreed procedures.

• Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and pest control activities to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for visitors, tenants, and employees.

• Monitor housekeeping facilities, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate with related teams to ensure operational needs are properly maintained and available.

• Respond to and resolve visitor or tenant concerns related to cleanliness, housekeeping, sanitation, and facility conditions in a prompt and professional manner.
