Officer Catalouger & Demand Formulator

• Perform regular input and updates of product catalogs and master data.
• Check and validate data to ensure product and inventory data accuracy.
• Collect and input demand, stock, and supply data from related departments.
• Assist in preparing demand forecasts based on historical data and operational requirements.
• Monitor forecast vs. actual demand and record any variances.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishment requirements.
• Prepare demand planning data and reports on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with SCM, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production regarding data and supply requirements.
• Ensure all data and documents are properly maintained and updated in accordance with applicable SOPs and systems.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory, or Data Analysis is preferred.
• Basic understanding of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning.
• Ability to perform data entry, updating, and validation of product catalogs and master data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to monitor forecast vs. actual demand and assist in identifying variances.
• Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
