Officer, Airport Services (Based in Denpasar, Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of ground handling agents.

• Ensure flights are operated in accordance with company safety requirements.

• Ensure good customer service is provided by airport staff under his/her leadership in various situations.

• Assist in compiling reports and in reporting information to headquarters about daily operations.

• Instruct and monitor ground handling agents' service performance.

• Monitor the performance of his/her subordinates.

• Ensure day-to-day operations are smooth and efficient, and deliver clear instructions/guidelines to GHA and HX team members.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in airport services. One year or more of supervisory experience is preferred.

• Able to work independently under pressure.

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English and the local language (both written and oral) is required.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Willing to perform shift duties.
