Network Engineer

1. Responsibilities:
2. Performing design and technical implementation for network & IT security solutions.
3. Provide technical support to customers through on-site or remote troubleshooting.
4. Propose technical solutions based on customer requirements or pain points.
5. Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues.
6. Develop good relationships with both internal and external teams.
7. Documentation and reporting to superior and/or customer.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

• Graduated from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Having a minimum 1-year experience as Network Engineer
• Having CCNA Exam Certification is a must
• Good command of Business English in both verbal and non-verbal setting
• Able to handle Layer 2, 3, and 4 Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Having the capability to handle Layer 5,6,7 are highly preferred
• Ability to analyze network traffic is mandatory.
• Good understanding of OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.
• Good understanding of networking technology and products such as routing, switching, and security.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of initiative.
• Passionate to learn, hardworking, and a good team player
