About the role

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead vaccine sales in Indonesia. This is a senior sales leadership role for a candidate with a strong pharmaceutical field-sales background and proven experience leading sales teams. Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the national sales team, including field sales managers and representatives.

• Drive national sales performance and achieve sales targets.

• Plan and execute sales strategies using field-level commercial insight.

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key stakeholders.

• Work with marketing and other teams to align commercial plans.

• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and field execution; report to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including substantial field sales and team leadership experience.

• Vaccine experience is a strong advantage.

• Marketing Managers with a strong field-sales background are also welcome.

• Preferred age: 35–49 years.

• Professional Bahasa Indonesia and English Communication.
