Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets at Astra Daihatsu branches, designing strategic business plans to expand the customer base, and building relationships with customers to understand their needs.

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major

• Maximum of 2 years of working experience or a fresh graduate

• Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader

• Willingness to be stationed throughout Indonesia

• Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

• Business sense and a drive for results
