Mineplan Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in mine planning within the coal mining industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or equivalent role.

Strong knowledge of short-term, mid-term, and long-term mine planning, including production scheduling, pit design, and overburden removal planning.

Proficient in mine planning software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, or similar applications.

Experienced in coal reserve evaluation, pit optimization, stripping ratio analysis, and production target monitoring.

Familiar with RKAB preparation, mining technical reports, and applicable Indonesian mining regulations.

Able to analyze geological data, topographic surveys, and operational performance to optimize mine design and production efficiency.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Willing to be placed at the mining site and work on a roster basis.

Familiarity with mine production reconciliation, equipment productivity, mining sequence, and coordination with Mining Operations, Survey, Geology, and Drill & Blast teams.

POP certification is preferred
