Merchandising Supervisor (Talent Pool)

Job Description

Responsibilites:

• Managing Product with Demand Planning
• Make sell through forecast to calculate how much sell in do we need to meet the target
• Provide & fulfilled targets for buying and selling products according to the bran
• Maintain product category profit within the target has been set
• Ensure the execution of all programs in order to push sales achievement
• Coordinate with the principal regarding the implementation of the program for push sale
• Understanding market through sales insight, market research and competitive analysis
• Request a budget support from vendor/principle for the program and activity needed
• Responsible for controlling and provide good stock management system
• Maintain ideal Days of Stock
• Planning to reduce aging stocks and DOA/Damage units

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 2-3 years on product management field
• Experience on retail industry
• Eager to learn about gadget industry
• Good teamwork
• Good english skill
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
