Master Data Development Head

Responsibility :

• Lead the management, maintenance, and monitoring of Material, Customer, Supplier, and Supply Chain Master Data.

• Establish and implement Master Data Governance, including data standards, naming conventions, approval workflows, and data ownership.

• Ensure master data is accurate, complete, consistent, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.

• Conduct data validation, cleansing, standardization, and correction of inaccurate, duplicate, or obsolete data.

• Ensure master data readiness to support Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Material Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, R&D, and SAP/IT teams to ensure data consistency across business processes.

• Drive process automation and digitalization of Master Data activities using tools such as Power Query, Power BI, RPA, Python, or other relevant technologies.

• Support SAP/ERP implementation, system enhancement, data migration, integration, and master data transformation projects.

• Conduct root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions for recurring data-quality issues.

• Develop Master Data dashboards, reports, documentation, work instructions, and audit trails.

• Manage Master Data change requests and ensure all changes are properly reviewed, approved, documented, and traceable.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to Master Data users and related departments.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, process efficiency, system reliability, and decision-making capability.

• Lead and develop the Master Data team to achieve department objectives and performance targets.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Data Governance, ERP, or related functions.

• Experience in Supply Chain planning, Master Data Governance, or digital transformation is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and SAP/ERP processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, data validation, Power Query, and data analysis.

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, RPA, workflow automation, or AI-based data tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and teamwork skills.
