The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join PT Nusantara Duta Solusindo on a contract basis. This role is positioned in Tangerang, Banten, and offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse analytics projects that directly impact business decision-making across various industries.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and trends. You will translate raw data into compelling visualisations and reports that guide strategic initiatives. This contract role is essential to our operations, providing the analytical foundation that enables our clients and internal stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets

• Design and develop dashboards and data visualisations using appropriate tools to communicate insights effectively

• Create and maintain comprehensive reports that summarise findings and recommendations for stakeholders

• Support ad-hoc analytical requests from clients and internal teams, delivering timely and accurate insights

• Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate business assumptions

• Document data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes for transparency and reproducibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical objectives

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within analytical workflows

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role for at least 2-3 years

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar

• Strong experience with data visualisation platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio

• Solid understanding of statistical methods and ability to apply appropriate analytical techniques

• Competency in database management and querying large datasets

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and enterprise data environments is advantageous

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus
