Marketplace & Affiliate Executive

About the role

GU Commerce is looking for a Marketplace & Affiliate Executive to manage the day-to-day operation and growth of our brands across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada. You will be responsible for keeping our marketplace stores running smoothly while actively building and managing our affiliate creator network to generate sales. This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and proactive in reaching out to creators and finding opportunities to grow sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada

• Upload and update products, pricing, stock, vouchers, bundles, and promotions

• Register products for marketplace campaigns

• Monitor product listings, account health, violations, and operational issues

• Optimize product titles, keywords, descriptions, and basic product information

• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and SKU performance

• Coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and content teams regarding marketplace activities

• Prepare weekly marketplace performance reports

• Search for and recruit relevant TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliates

• Conduct daily creator outreach and product invitations

About you

• 1–2 years of experience in marketplace, e-commerce, affiliate, or a related role preferred

• Fresh graduates with strong marketplace knowledge are welcome to apply

• Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Centre, Tokopedia, or similar platforms

• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Comfortable communicating and negotiating with creators

• Proactive and willing to follow up consistently

• Able to work with multiple brands and product categories

• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with sales data

• Experience with BigSeller is highly valued
