Marketing Tech Support

About the role

Perform accurate data entry, processing, and validation for Marketing, Partnership & CRI activities. Manage, update, and organize data using Microsoft Excel & internal systems.

Job Description

• Support Partnership activities, including invoice submission, quotation, deposit top-up, Gift Voucher (GV) generation, and issue handling.

• Manage Points activities, including points injection, deposit top-up, and points issue handling.

• Support CRI activities, including Discount Package, Points Page, and Landing Page setup.

• Perform data entry, system configuration, and transaction management.

• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant major.

• Familiar with data entry, system configuration, and transaction management.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
