Marketing Supervisor

About the role

As Marketing Supervisor, this position is responsible for developing the B2B/industrial market and building business relationships with industrial clients. The role serves as a bridge between the company and industrial clients, requiring a communicative, target-oriented individual capable of direct involvement in industrial market development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop prospects and pipeline for B2B/industrial clients
• Sell Waste-to-Fuel solutions to industrial clients
• Identify new business opportunities in the industrial sector
• Support achievement of sales targets and business development
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers, purchasing, and operational leaders
• Expand PES business partnerships in the industrial sector
• Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales flow for prospective clients
• Conduct market mapping to identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activity
• Create and update sales reports and provide sales progress updates to management

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in B2B Marketing/Sales is an advantage
• Communicative and target-oriented
• Able to build and maintain client relationships
• Client relationship management capabilities
• Able to conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations
• Understanding of B2B/industrial business development processes
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
• Willing to conduct client visits
