Accounting & Tax Manager

About the role

As Accounting & Tax Manager, this position plays a role in building and developing the foundation of the company's financial systems during its growth phase, with strategic responsibility in supporting the company's rapid development and pre-IPO readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's financial reporting process and ensure financial information is systematically organized to support business needs

• Build and develop accounting systems and processes to ensure structured accounting operations that support company growth

• Manage the company's tax compliance and ensure tax processes and administration run in accordance with applicable regulations

• Handle budgeting and financial management processes and conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making

• Develop and manage the company's costing structure and provide cost information basis to support business evaluation and planning

• Help prepare the company's financial systems and conditions towards Pre-IPO readiness and build scalable financial foundations to support company development
