Marketing Specialist

Job description

1. Support the implementation of marketing strategies and activities to achieve the company's business goals.

2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.

3. Come up with new marketing ideas based on market trends, customer needs, and campaign results.

4. Support branding activities to build a strong brand identity and increase brand awareness.

5. Contribute to campaign ideation and create copywriting that aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

6. Plan and run marketing campaigns through relevant channels to attract customers and increase interest in the company's products.

7. Review marketing campaign results and suggest improvements to make future campaigns more effective.

8. Build and maintain good working relationships with external parties to support marketing activities.

9. Work closely with internal cross-departmental teams to ensure marketing activities run smoothly and support the company's goals.

Requirements

1. Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, branding, or a related field.

2. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Branding, or a related field is preferred.

3. Have a good understanding of sales, marketing, and branding, including basic marketing and branding strategies and concepts.

4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and external parties.

6. Creative, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.

7. Able to analyze information, identify market trends and business opportunities, and suggest practical solutions.

8. A strong interest in sports, fitness, or gym activities is a significant advantage.

9. Willing to complete an assessment in English as part of the recruitment process.
